avarakkai poriyal

Onion – 1
Green chillies – 2
Curry leaves
Coconut scraping
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
For tadka – oil, mustard seeds, urad dhal

1) Do tadka with mustard seeds and urad dhal.
2) Cut onion into fine pieces, add them.
3) Add slit green chillies and curry leaves.
4) Add avarakkai and sprinkle water.
5) Add salt to taste.
6) Let it cook.
7) Dry grind coconut and cumin seeds together and mix with the vegetable.
8) Serve.
