Cauliflower Bajji

This is a very easy recipe and kids would like it.
Ingredients:
Cauliflower
Gram flour
Rice flour
Salt
Chilly powder
Asafoetida

Preparation:
1) Cut cauliflower into pieces.
2) Boil water in a large bottomed vessel with a little salt.
3) Put the cauliflower florets in boiling water and simmer it for 3 minutes. (This is to remove worms if any)
4) Make a paste of the remaining ingredients and coat the pieces with this paste.
5) Deep fry the pieces.
